The terms and conditions of Courier Daily for using the website and services (business directory, marketplace, job listings, family announcements).

Article 1 — Definitions

- User — any natural or legal person who visits the website or avails of a service.
- Services — business directory, marketplace, job vacancies, announcements, and family notices.
Article 2 — Use of the website
- The user shall use the website reasonably and not for purposes that are contrary to the law or public order.
- It is prohibited to scrape the website in an automated manner, except with express permission.
- We reserve the right to refuse access in case of improper use.
Article 3 — Account
- For some services, an account is required. The user must provide accurate information and keep their login details confidential.
- In case of suspected misuse, an account may be blocked.
Article 4 — Listings
- Listings (advertisements, job vacancies, family notices) must be truthful and not misleading.
- Discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful content will be removed.
- Family notices require verification according to our guidelines.
- We reserve the right to refuse or remove listings afterwards.
Article 5 — Payments and refunds
- Payments are made via PayPal. Amounts are in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We have a transparent refund policy.
- For rejected listings, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Article 6 — Copyright and use of content
See our separate copyright policy. The content on Courier Daily is protected by copyright. Reproduction without attribution is prohibited.
Article 7 — User comments
- Comments (on articles or marketplace advertisements) are moderated.
- The user is solely responsible for the content of their comments.
- We will remove comments that are contrary to the law, offensive, or deemed spam.
Article 8 — Liability
Courier Daily strives for the correct functioning of the website, but accepts no liability for indirect damage, lost income, or consequential damage.
Article 9 — Applicable law
These terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of London.
Article 10 — Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect via the website.
