Account
How do I create an account?
Click on "Login" at the top right and select "Register". You can also create an account while placing your first advertisement.
I have forgotten my password
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We will send a recovery link to your email address.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@courierdaily.co.uk. We will delete your account within 14 days, retaining legally required billing information.
Advertisements
How long does it take for my advertisement to go live?
Marketplace: within 1 hour after payment. Job listings: within 24 hours after moderation. Family announcements: within 24 hours after verification.
My advertisement has been rejected. Will I get my money back?
Yes, full refund within 14 days. See our refund policy.
Can I edit my advertisement?
Yes, via your account in the dashboard. Changes after publication may sometimes require a short moderation period.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, iDEAL (via PayPal), credit card. For recurring business subscriptions, invoices can also be billed.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, automatically via email after payment. Also available in your account under "Orders".
Editorial
How do I tip the editorial team?
Email tips@courierdaily.co.uk. For sensitive tips, you can tip anonymously via Signal or Tor — see tip page.
There is an error in your article
