The rules for reusing articles, photos, and other content from Courier Daily.

We invest time, money, and attention in our content. Therefore, we value respectful use.

What is allowed

  • Quoting for commentary or news — up to 100 words, with attribution "Courier Daily" and a direct link to the original article.
  • Sharing via social media — our share buttons only post the title, a short description, and an image (open graph).
  • Linking to our articles — always permitted.
  • Reading RSS feeds for personal use (no republication).

What is not allowed without prior permission

  • Reproducing entire articles on another website
  • Republishing our photos (even with attribution)
  • Rewriting our articles and publishing them as your own work (paraphrasing and plagiarism)
  • Automated scraping for AI training purposes

AI Training

We explicitly do not allow systematic scraping or use of our content for training Large Language Models unless under licensing terms. Requests for licenses: juridisch@courierdaily.co.uk.

  • Where you wish to publish it
  • In what form (full, summary, quote)

We will respond within 3 working days. For news media, we generally apply flexible terms.
